We ensure that every bottle of lacquer is crafted with precision, innovation and quality. Our step-by-step manufacturing process guarantees exceptional results:
Source Raw Materials
We carefully select raw materials from trusted suppliers to ensure that only the finest ingredients go into our formulas. Quality starts from the source.
Stability Testing
Before moving forward, each raw material undergoes rigorous stability testing to confirm its compatibility and performance within our formula.
Quality Approval for Mass Production
After passing all necessary tests, the raw materials are ready for mass production. This ensures that only quality-approved ingredients make it to the manufacturing phase.
Mixing & Packaging into Drums
The approved raw materials are carefully mixed to create the lacquer, in large batches, ensuring consistency across the entire production run. The formulas are scaled up from smaller test batches to full scale production volumes which is then packed into 180kg drums.
In-House Lacquer Testing
Each batch of lacquer is tested in-house to ensure it meets our high standards for durability, application and performance. Quality control is central to everything we do.
Creation of Nail Colors
Our cosmetic chemist expertly blends pigments into the lacquer to create a wide range of vibrant and unique nail polish colors. This is where innovation and durability come together to produce stunning results.
Filling
AWe take the following steps from preparation of the mixed nail polish, to filling machines dispensing the nail polish into bottles, ensuring consistency in volume and reducing the risk of contamination. We take precision in volume control, avoiding overfilling or underfilling, which can affect the product’s usability and packaging. Finally, the bottles are securely capped to prevent leakage and maintain product integrity.
Assembly
Using high adhesive labels, your brand, product information and instructions for use are printed on labels that are resistant to damage from solvents. Quality control is performed on each batch to ensure filling is correct, caps are secure, and labels correctly applied. Finished product is then packed into boxes or trays adding a layer of protection during shipping. Before the finished products are shipped, we conduct a final inspection to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
